I certify that my student is a student of Maine East High School.
Class assignments will be sent out on or before Wednesday, February 17th, 2021.
No refunds after Saturday, February 13th, 2021.
First class date is Monday, February 22nd, 2021.
In order for students in the reduced/free lunch program to receive a reduced rate, a copy of the official letter of program participation will need to be provided to Academic Tutoring Center at the time of registration.
Assigned homework must be completed by the next session.
Attendance at all sessions is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. There is a fee for make-up sessions. In the event that a student must miss class, they can "self-study" using the class notes that are sent out within 2 business days of the class, or they can schedule individual make-up sessions, held virtually, at the private tutoring rate of $100.00 per hour.
Please note, make-up sessions are NOT GUARANTEED, due to the high demand for our services. If you would like to schedule make-up sessions, please contact our office as soon as possible.

Waiver and Release from Liability
As a condition of enrollment, the following disclaimer of liability must be accepted by the participant’s parents or legal guardian. The participant, in attending the Academic Tutoring Centers, does so at the participant’s own risk. The Academic Tutoring Centers, the Board of Education of Maine High School District 207, its members, officers, employees, Athletic Department, staff, agents and volunteers (collectively “School District 207”) shall not be liable of any damages arising from personal injury sustained by the participant while participating or attending the Academic Tutoring Centers. The participant and his/her parents or guardian assume all responsibility for any damages or injuries that may occur to the participant while participating or attending the Academic Tutoring Centers and so hereby fully and forever exonerate and discharge School District 207 from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, of causes of action, present and future, whether the same be anticipated, or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of the participant’s attendance or participation in the program. To the extent permitted by law, the parents or guardian shall indemnify and hold harmless School District 207 from any claims, loss, or expense whatsoever, including without limitation reasonable attorneys’ fees, brought against or suffered by School District 207 due to any injury or loss in connection with the participant’s participation in the program or arising out of a claim directly or indirectly related to such use brought by any other person and arising out of the participant’s acts or omissions.
