Is your student taking the ACT or SAT this school year?

SAT Success and ACT Success are effective because they motivate students to do their best and because they provide each student with the skills needed for success on either the SAT or ACT. Additionally, we carefully match only 5 students with similar academic backgrounds per group, further assuring success.

ACADEMIC TUTORING CENTER of Park Ridge is offering ACT and SAT Test Prep classes. These classes are the most effective way for your student to prepare to receive their “Personal A+” on the ACT and SAT! The classes/sessions are online. 

 

ACT Test Prep is on SUNDAYS

ACT  DATES:  2/16, 2/23, 3/2, 3/9, 3/16 & 4/6 

SAT Test Prep is on SATURDAYS

SAT  DATES: 3/1, 3/8, 3/15, 4/5, 4/19 & 4/26 

These 6-week (15-hours) classes are designed for Juniors to learn how to master and achieve their “Personal A+” on the ACT Test. All groups will have a maximum of 5 students, who have similar academic backgrounds.

4 sessions to choose from:

• Sundays – 8:30am – 11:00am
• Sundays – 11:00am – 1:30pm
• Sundays – 2:00pm – 4:30pm, and
• Sundays – 4:30pm – 7:00pm

Classes/Sessions are Online

These 6-week (15-hours) classes are designed for Juniors to learn how to master and achieve their “Personal A+” on the SAT Test. All groups will have a maximum of 5 students, who have similar academic backgrounds.

4 sessions to choose from:

• Saturdays – 8:30am – 11:00am

• Saturdays – 2:00pm – 4:30pm, and
• Saturdays – 4:30pm – 7:00pm

STEP 1: GET PREPARED

YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR STUDENT:

  • GPA
  • CURRENT MATH CLASS
  • PREVIOUS ACT/SAT SCORES IF AVAILABLE
  • TOP 3 PREFERRED DAYS AND TIMES

ACT classes are held on Sundays. SAT classes are held on Saturdays. Multiple times available.

STEP 5: MAKE PAYMENT

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and PayPal.

NOTE: Assigned homework must be completed by the next session. Attendance at all sessions is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. There is a fee for make-up sessions. In the event that a student must miss class, they can “self-study” using the class notes that are sent out within 2 business days of the class, or they can schedule individual make-up sessions at the private tutoring rate of $100.00 per hour. Please note, makeup sessions are NOT GUARANTEED due to the high demand for our services. If you need to schedule make-up sessions, please contact our office as soon as possible.
