Welcome to the Academic Tutoring Online Store (ATC Store). The use of the ATC Store is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order to the ATC Store indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Academic Tutoring reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.
Payment is required at the time of purchase and placement of your order. Payment is charged/debited at the end of the complete check-out process. You will not be charged prior to the final step, and can choose not to proceed at any time before payment is taken. Academic Tutoring accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. You must comply with the applicable T&Cs of these providers. Most orders will ship out within two business days of the acceptance of the order. Your order will be shipped Fedex Ground service unless otherwise indicated. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, Academic Tutoring cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by third party postage or freight providers.
4. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns are not accepted and thus refunds are not offered. If your purchase arrives in a damaged condition, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the damage. A customer representative will respond within two business days and, if warranted, a replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
5. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
While Academic Tutoring has tried to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on the ATC Store are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
7. ORDER CONFIRMATION
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved and our billing agent has debited your credit or debit card.
Where you register for the ATC Store the stated terms and conditions apply. You must provide us with true and accurate registration information. You must keep any user name and password allocated to you confidential, and we are entitled to assume that anyone using that user name and password is you.
